Uh not sure about the xt exactly but I think this is the order

6800<6800xt<6800gs<6800gt<6800Ultra

The gs of the AGP (which i own) is inferior to the GT, but for PCIE gs=gt and can OC more so is arguably better.

go here

and go halfway down the page to where it says "datasheet of Mainstream GPU's & VPU's" and click that. That should have everything!

the PCI-E 6800 GS is about equal to the 6800 GT (in PCI-E or AGP)

although the AGP 6800 GS has the same clock speeds as the GT (the GT has 4 more pipes, so it performs a fair bit better)

Both the AGP and PCIe 6800GS will overclock and beat the 6800 Ultra on stock cooling. But the AGP version can sometimes be unlocked.

Theres no way you can OC a 6800gs AGP card to beat an ultra. Its based on the nv40 core and so at stock is 350 mhz, the pcie one is at 425 stock. The two cares are NOT realated in any way, the AGP gs has just the same overclockablilty as a 6800GT.
