if he was to get an ultra, you might as well went with a 7800GT which has more pipelines and is faster.

dude if he got a new mobo and a 7800GT that would be way out of the 6800ultra price range. so he would need a new mobo like a DFI lanparty and a eVGA 6600GT which would be 280ish dollars which wuold be under 300 you could even buy a 6800GT and a new mobo under the pricerange of 450 dollars
