Yes, your RAM speed is 667. It's really 333, but it's doubled for efficiency. Hence the name Double Data Rate (DDR).

I would suggest you keep the 3.2 usable gigabytes of 667, because you won't see a notable performance increase with 800 or 1066, unless you use programs that rely on memory speed. Such as benchmarks. But in gaming, quantity over speed.
