6600gt problems

i got a eVGA 6600gt 8xagp card yesterday...and it doesnt run as good as i was hoping.

i played around with RiveTuner and noticed that in
system tweaks, under AGP it says:

AGP transfer rate [determined by driver] PCI
AGP sideband addressing [determined by driver] off
AGP fastwrites [determined by driver] off

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the card. Also, if it is a specific game you're having problems with, get the latest patch for that.

thats the driver i have.
i ran the 3d mark 05, and it was pathetic... i aborted it half way through cuz it was like a freaking slideshow.. 1-10fps...

what score man??? cos a 6600GT non oc'd should get around 3.2-3.6
with mine oc'd at 579/1303 i get 4075
