Default 6600GT or 6800

im building a new computer and am wondering if i should buy a 6600Gt (150$) or a 6800 no gt (180$)? Both are from evga and the 6600Gt is 128mb and the 6800 is 256. same with the memory interface 6600gt 128-bit, 6800 256-bit

The 6800gt costs a big chunk more.

Yeah, the 6800 is a great card. I had one, and played HL2 on all high settigngs. With BF2 it really needed the extra 128mb's of memory for the textures for all high settings.
