I'd say probably, although it does depend on how far out the RAM slots are from the CPU socket.
Although you can always mount the push fan up a little higher to give clearance.

Or, just to be safe you can get some lower profile RAM.

No it doesn't release heat the same, but it still does a good job at dissipating it, otherwise they wouldn't sell them.

yes, you can ajust da syde fayn up uh bit, to gain clearance over the heatspreaders.
