I'd say probably, although it does depend on how far out the RAM slots are from the CPU socket.
Although you can always mount the push fan up a little higher to give clearance.

Or, just to be safe you can get some lower profile RAM.

i was thinking of getting a low profile ram but will it release heat the same as the original one?

No it doesn't release heat the same, but it still does a good job at dissipating it, otherwise they wouldn't sell them.

yes, you can ajust da syde fayn up uh bit, to gain clearance over the heatspreaders.

will my ocz 650watts power supply 8 pin cable be able to reach if i route it behind the case to my motherboard or will it be short?
