Default $650 gaming build

My friend just called me up and asked if I could help him put a decent gaming build together for $650. I've been out of the loop for a while and I decided that it would be best to ask you guys for help getting him the best parts for the money. He needs everything except a keyboard, mouse, and monitor and OS for now.

If you have to go a little bit over $650 thats fine.

EDIT: And please, no mail in rebates.

Thanks, for the reply.

I think I'm going to go with this combo deal instead for the PSU that way my friend will have a better hard drive:

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

And I'll get this hard drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136534

$4 less and the new PSU is modular and made by a good company and the new hard drive is about 3x as big.
