The power supply is a good choice but if you want something cheaper that is still good quality try these:

Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

Newegg.com - SeaSonic SS-650HT 650W ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

How much gaming, if any, will be done with this machine? If little then you are good with the 4770 and you can definitely step down from 750W to 550 and be well off. If moderate or heavy gaming, I would suggest a better graphics card. Everything else looks fine.

edit: Also, don't forget a optical drive!

He mentioned a few games that shouldn't need more power than a 4770.
If a 550w PSU will work as well, then I can most likely drop that from my list entirely as I have an old 550w PSU sitting around that should function.

Possibly, what brand PSU is it? Quality of the PSU is extremely important.
