I made a few threads here for my $1500 budget computer.

Im getting an Amd opty 165 processor. I plan on overclocking it.

Im also getting the best ram I can get, and plan on overclocking it.

Of all these motherboards, what would be the best selection? (or best bang for my buck) price means something too - ie if a mobo is 160 bucks and only slightly better than a 113 dollar one, pick the 113.

Thanks in advance :)

DFI UT NF4 ultra-D :)

Same.

I needed optical out so went for the ASUS A8N-SLI, which has enough overclocking features to satisfy most. The DFI Lanparty Ultra-D blows every other socket 939 away with overclocking features though.

either DFI ultra-d or MSI k8n neo4-f. either one is good. and for ram, i suggest the G.SKill 2x1GB PC 4000 Extreme, YES IT IS COMPATIBLE, or the OCZ Gold Series PC 4000 2x1GB, and yes it is also compatible. and if you can afford it go for Patriot ( not as expensive as Muskin) or Mushkin, which are also really good.

DFI NF4 Ultra-D - best overclocking, does have SLI (at PCI-E 16X/2X, not 8X/8X) but more expensive

MSI K8N Neo4-F - good overclocking, no SLI (single PCI-E 16X) but less expensive

If you want to save a little cash go with the MSI K8N Neo4-F. Amazing board for the price. If you have a little extra cash however go with the DFI.
