so your saying that they put some kind of inhibitor on it that dont let it hit high of clocks.

Aparrently so as the 55nm does not clock higher then the 65nm from the reviews I have read admittedly only 2 as I keep getting distracted by other threads..... I will edit my postts if I find more details
