If you want to be realistic and spend money on the car and the computer I would say this:

core 2 duo e6600
2gb xms2 ram
1 150gig raptor hdd
1 320gig 7200 rpm hdd
cm stacker full tower case
1 8800gtx
1 650 ocz psu
2 good quality dvd burners
680i motherboard
250 in water cooling set-up

And some cool cathodes you would be in.

look on zzf and there is an Asus 650i mobo for 150 bucks, i wanna see how it overclocks lol
