4870 1GB or crossfire 3870 512mb? Which is better?

I have a core contact freezer, great HSF. Don't listen to the dude, it will only help, and if you plan on OCing there are few things you can do to get better cooling.

And i have 2 of those things TRUE and Water

I don't think a TRUE is better, really they are about the same.
