I already saw that. I blame Tom's Hardware... I read one of their benchmark charts awhile ago that showed a CF 4830 and a single 8800 GT. The 8800 was almost as fast as the two 4830's.

I never like Tom's Hardware for a definitive answer, but when it is usually good for a generalized idea. Every once and awhile they burn me, though...

Tom's Hardware used used to be good but they really seem to gone down hill lately.

CF 4830's beat a GTX280 in some cases.
Definitely beat a 4870.

Andatech just reviewed Toms Hard Ware a while ago and found out that they would review for crack.
