If they give the same crappy coolers they gave with the GTX 260 55nm's then we know what the answer to that is

Looking at Newegg it isn't that crappy cooler though -V

That's a moot point because you can OC the GTX 260's though.. but that's what I'm saying.. they were close but not exact.. but back then GTX 280's were $400 and Core 216's were <$300

That really doesn't apply now anyways
