400 bucks is tough man, if you had another 100 bucks you could do a lot better probably.

that x1900gt is an awesome price.

400 bucks is easy to build a CoH PC honestly. Just take B1gapl's build and throw in that X1900GT and you can handle CoH on medium easy no lag.

With the X1900GT replacing the 7600GT, in the list I put up, it will come up to $408, without shipping charges.

Thats a pretty powerful computer for some games honestly....it should eat CoH up.

vernong should lose the DVD burner
replace the HD with a SATA one:

You forgot a quality a power supply. I think the Intel one I posted, is pretty good. All quality parts.
