£400 budget gaming PC build suggestions

Hey guys,

I'm looking to build a £400 gaming PC that will play Cod6 to a decent standard. I don't need:

An OS, keyboard, mouse, monitor or a PSU. Well I say I don't need a PSU because I've got this one:

"Antec TruePower Trio 550W PSU - With 3x 12v Rails and 120mm Fan "

Not sure how that will work with a new system though and if possible I can always buy a new PSU. Website I'd like the parts to be from is ebuyer.com

You have a bit of room still so you can either upgrade the video card to a 4890 or your cpu to a Phenom.
