Default $400-$500ish Budget

Currently using an HP 2008 premade computer that is just not cutting it anymore. Looking to make/buy a desktop/laptop that can handle both gaming and streaming that is around 400-500ish. Trying to stay away for anything past 600. Mainly for playing/streaming League of Legends, don't play much of those high requirement FPS games.

Already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, operating system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Re: $400-$500ish Budget

Built this rig a few weeks back for a friend and you both do essentially the same stuff.

CPU:
Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 55W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i33220 - Newegg.com

Motherboard:
Newegg.com - ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0 LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM:
Newegg.com - Team Dark Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (Blue Heat Spreader) Model TDBD38G1600HC9DC01

GPU:
Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P4-3655-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card

PSU:
CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com

HDD:
Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Newegg.com

Case:
Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel structure with molded ABS plastic accent pieces ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com

$567

If you need to lower the price a bit you can lower the GPU to
EVGA SSC 01G-P4-3652-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Newegg.com

And the case to
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com

That lowers the price about 40 bucks if it's an issue.
