HIS also. Are you looking for 512 or 256mb???
I like this one
Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H385Q512NP Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported IceQ 3 Turbo Video Card - Retail
For a couple bucks more you could have the 3870 though.

This is probably the coolest one right now :
Newegg.com - ASUS EAH3850/G/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

This is a dual slot cooler, so cooler than the single one but the ASUS one on top is better
Newegg.com - GECUBE GC-XHD3850PG3-E3R Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

But try to get the 3870
Newegg.com - GECUBE GC-HD3870XTG4-E3R Radeon HD 3870 512MB 256-bit GDDR4 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail
only 30 bucks more
