Some websites say that X1300XT and X1600Pro has 12 pixel pipelines but thats wrong
X1300XT, X1600Pro, X1650pro and X1600xt have 4 pixel pipelines but they can do 3 shaders per each pixel pipeline

The 7300GT that I posted is 64bit version, so it has very low memory bandwidth. So, I really can't tell you which is better the 6600 or 7300GT. But I 'm very sure that both of them are better than 7300GS and X550.
Anyway I would go with 6600 because it is cheaper than 7300GT

Edit: also, if you're looking the ATI way, roughly equivalent cards are the X1300Pro, X1300XT and X1600Pro. Both the X1300XT and X1600Pro have 12 pixel pipelines, so they're probably faster than a 6600GT.
X1600Pro ~ X1300XT > 6600GT > X1300 > 7300GT ~ 6600 > 7300GS
The 6600GT in some benchmarks can even beat the X1600xt in some games, so I don't think that X1600pro can beat 6600GT.
