3,000 dollar budget, canadian

My friend has about 3 grand canadian and is wondering if anybody had any suggestions, he might be able to order from newegg, but can order for sure from tiger direct or ncix, he wants something thats easily upgradable in the future he doesnt need anything but the tower, minimoum 2 gigs of ram doesnt need os

nice build there.. also to the OP.. you can't buy from Newegg since they only ship to the US....

but make a couple of changes... that OCZ GameXStream are known to have ripples so change it... plus its a bit much anyways.. why get a Q6700? ITS DOUBLE the price of a q6600 and is just 266 mhz faster anyways and has a 10x multiplier... also add a Cooler because a Stock Intel Cooler is crap..

it is... but its not worth it... its too pricey to be mainstream.. plus nobody wants to pay $619 for a 2GB Kit

the canadian dollar is very good right now, theres only abotu a 2 cents diference, but some places over charge, go to ncix for the cheapest prices, and best service. do not get a q6700 its pointless go for a q6600 and a 620 hx psu from corsair, plus get the xfx 8800 ultra, its known to be the most reliable and best performing one plus its cheaper.
