Default 2gb..

You know how it goes, whenever spending alot of money on anything you always need to consult with others...

I need 2gb of DDR 400 ram.. around 200 bucks.

(btw, the only reason i am even able to afford this much is because i just won $10,000 IM NOT KIDDING!!)

Anyways, I included a link to neweggs selection:

Thanks,
Alexsabree

dude, I'll help you out later,....

Where did you win the 10 grand and how can I do it too? ...

No.. For real. Tell me.

-------------

I keep hearing great things about the Super Talent memory.. and when I purchase my computer. After I win the 10 grand that YOU just won, I will purchase a similar Super Talent Memory.

The Warranty and Refund policy is great so.. you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I doubt you'll be disapointted.

Now.. tell me where the money is.

If you scored 10 grand why not put 1200 into a new backbone for your current rig? like cpu, ram, mobo, video, maybe sound?

Well see even though i have 2000 i have a very strict budget.. because i have it all planned out to the exact dime. sorta

just for your curiosity this is the contest i won:
http://www.maxwellhouse.com/maxwellh...1&PagecRef=447

----------------------------------------------

back to computers,
Why should i buy ram with better timings.. does it boost your fps more or just make levels load faster..

Its usually good to know whether buying something more expensive is really worth it.

------------------------------------------

I particularly like the G skill best.. I'm probably getting that one.
(edit) I mean the first one trotter suggested, unless the silver one is REALLY worth it.
