Default 250@ mobo and proc

is the best deal for under 250 for only a motherboard and proc, intel,

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Dual-Core E2160 Allendale 1.8GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E2160

if not.. and this was just for ordinary usage... a e2140 and a Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P31-S3G LGA 775 Intel P31 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail would be
