Whoa... that's quite a price jump..

But the Samsung..

Wow, prices have jumped a lot, when I bought mine i got it for $499....i thought prices on these things were supposed to be dropping

That newegg price is grossly inflated, here in canada i can get it for $570 now...but that's still up significantly for having bought it a number of months ago.

i would go for the acer out of those two, samsungs are always overpriced but they are good. i would probably go for a cheaper acer though, there are alot more cheaper monitors out there than the ones u suggested.
