Heh no. My rig is barely enough to handle 1920x1200 at all high settings, and currently i have probably the strongest computer on the site atm. The 22" is probably the better option at with that setup. You need a HIGH end card to push 1920x1200 at high settings.

You mean that its hard to handle 1900x1200 WHILE your playing a game?

Anyways how does 2000:1 and 1000:1 differ? I have a choice of either 24" 1000:1 and 22" 2000:1.

I agree with what veedub said. You need a high end card if you want to play games on that 24", so that 22" is a better bet. Although with a low end card such as a 7600GS, I think it will do fine for low-medium settings, in gaming.

And as he said you might be able to push low quality at 1900.. btu then whats the point of playing on a huge res XD grab a 22" play at 1600 on mediumish and save some money towards a better vid card and youll be happy 22" is still a huge monitor.
