lol... I think the modular PSU's are the kind where the wires arent permantly connected to it. Like you only plug in the wires that you need to use and dont have to have all the messy unused wires in ur case. If you go and find a pic of a modular PSU you see that instead of having all the wires running out the back like a normal psu, the whole back is just a big pannel where you plug the wires in.

okay but if i dont use all my power then what would it matter if it has less then it should be, as long as it has enough power for my computer with basic things and no oc anything then ill be fine, i would rather have less power and it look nice, then more power then ill use and have it look really messy, but thanx for the tip if i need to get more power ill get something other then a modular
