you may have to mod the case slightly to get the 8800gts in I know for the 8800gtx to fit you have to just cut a small gap in the hdd rack

the 8800gts should fit find as it is 8.75 inches long, the motherboard is 9.6 so im good

the hdd rack drops over the motherboard though or am I thinking of a different silverstone sff case

theres only one silverstone sff case i know of thats been around and the hdd rack does not drop over the motherboard, and i made sure by doing some research (after buying a a8n5x and realizing atx does not go into micro-atx some time ago i always triple check)
