Ok, I have been putting together my first build and have decided I am going to need after market psu and heatsink. Here is my system specs. Please give me advice on what would be needed for this setup. I plan to oc everything a little.

XFX nForce 590 SLI MCP mobo
Athlon 64x2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9Ghz
G.Skill 2x1Gb DDR2 800
EVGA GeForce 8600GT 256mb 540Mhz
WD 250Gb 7200 SATA HDD
Lite On DVD+- RW w/ Lightscribe
Mitsumi Digital Card Reader+Floppy
Windows XP-Home

I was thinking of this Xclio 500w PSU for $69.99
Newegg.com - XCLIO STABLEPOWER 500W ATX 500W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, TUV, CB, VDE, FIMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, SEMKO - Retail
or
this Enermax 485w PSU for $79.00
Newegg.com - ENERMAX EG495AX-VE FMA ATX12V Ver 2.2 485W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, cUL, TUV, CB - Retail

For a HS I was thinking of this AC Freezer 64pro for $24.99
Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler - Retail
Is this a good HS and is the paste that comes with it any good?

Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.

Yes it is....and the thermal pad on that HS, is the MX-1, which is better than the AS5.

Also why not get the EVGA 7900GS? It's like $10 more, but a lot better than the 8600GT.

It might be better for DX10, but it sucks for DX10 gaming. The 7900GS overall, is better.

ohhh woops.

in sayin yes it prop is i was meant to be refering to the 7900gs. hence the pause answering my own question
