Actually, I think I'll go with the Q6600. And about overclocking, probably not...but I might just a tad bit.

The mobo is out of stock...any other ideas?

if your not really gonna oc...then get the ds3l.
the dfi board i just suggested is very good too...more oc options.

The ds3l is an amazing board for the price. It has solid capacitors.
It doesnt have raid though...so its up to you there.
