But ya, I posted the wrong HDD.

I had originally had the 640gb up, but as the cost of other items rose, I was trying to undercut other items to keep the balance.

i gave up on budget and decided... if i break $1000, newegg will give me 12mo. no interest... and if i keep it under $1200 after rebate... it will be $100 a month!... so thats then new goal... here is what i got so far.

The Corsair 550 will be fine. You'll be better off going with 6Gb of DDR3 1600 rather than 3Gb of DDR3 1866.
