Hi,
I need a new mobo and cpu and I haven't built a computer in a while, so I need to get a couple of things straight:
- I'm gonna get an Athlon 64 x2 4600. Some of the mobos that support socket 939 support 184-pin RAM and some 240-pin. Is there any reason why I should go with one over the other?
- Aside from the PCI-Ex16 slot and the standard features (USB slots, onboard stuff, etc), is there anything else that you suggest I look for when buying the mobo? I've been out of the game for a while and I just don't want to make a mistake.
Thanks
