Like I said, gfx card is most important. You'd be better off going with an X2 3800+ or 4200+ and getting a GTX with teh saved money.

For your DVD burner, I'd get the 3540A not the 3550A.

The rest looks good. If you want to save a little money you could get the 3800+ instead of the 4200+. They are the same CPU except the 4200 is .2GHz faster. You could just overclock the 3800+ to that speed but it's up to you.

I don't have aim sorry. Just get the 3800+ if you don't want to spend the extra for the 4200+. There isn't much of a difference between them and if you learn how to overclock you can make them identical.

BTW, I'm talking about the X2 3800+ dual core here just in case that wasn't made obvious.
