Looks good. The only thing I would change is the thermal paste. Tuniq TX-2 is cheaper and better than MX-2.

TX-2 Instead of MX-2 and otherwise its fine.. (you could go with the DDR2 800 version of that Kit instead too.. )

Nope, thats the DDR2 1066, some people would stay to stick with that, but I don't recommend it because it might not clock to DDR2 800 at 4-4-4-12, atleast with the DDR2 800 ones its already at that speed so theres no worry
