Cool, will I need thermal paste/screws/static bracelet or anything else like that, or will everything I need be included with these parts?

Thermal Paste is something you should buy (TX-2)

The rest comes with the case and whatnot, and you don't have to buy an anti-static wristband

Thermal paste is included, but this is good too: Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING MX-2 Thermal Compound - Thermal Compound / Grease (you can throw some on your video card chip if you want). No real need for a static bracelet, unless you have wool socks on a heavy carpet while your working lol. Screws included.

A 900 dollar computer and a nicer monitor is well worth it, because spending 1100 dollars on parts to play on 1280 x 1024 is kind of pointless. It would honestly just be overkill to have an HD 4870 on that resolution. The best move is to have a good balance between the resolution and pc hardware, or less you'll be wasting money, because you either won't be able to play the games at that resolution, or you'll have spent more than you had to in order to play at the same resolution.

And 900 dollar custom built computers still kick ***. If you get a nice monitor with a 1680 resolution or something along those lines, you'll be able max out games at that resolution, as opposed to maxing out games at 1280 x 1024 without even working your pc.

I would change the cooler to a Sunbeam Core Contact. It cools better than the xigmatek, doesn't need a retention bracket, and comes with the best thermal paste (TX-2).

^^ The true isn't the best unless it's lapped, stock the base is somewhat concave.

Also Gurusan recommended the sunbeam, and I put a lot of weight on his opinion.

Top 5 Intel & AMD Heatsinks on Frostytech

the ultra 120(3rd) beat the true(9th), they dont even have that really good ocz cooler in there. im just saying this review is messed up, and this is the only one ive seen about this new sunbeam cooler.
