Scythe ninja, Tuniq Tower, TRUE (120 Extreme), scythe mine and then MX-2 thermal paste.

No, all the good heatsinks are under 70 USD. Anything over that isn't really air cooling, more like peltiers and phase.

I've already got AS5, still worth getting MX2 ?

I think i'll just build my own, my uncle has a little metleworking factory were he makes minature cars, trains and builds mini engines. I'll make some super thing that will be integrated into the mains water pipe

Seriously, i am THAT extravagent.
