The only thing you need to check with the cases is that they'll fit all your parts (mainly gotta worry about your Graphics card and your Motherboard).

I think you'll be fine with that case though.

I have a midtower case about the size of that one, and it fits my ATX motherboard perfectly, and there are micro ATX cases that are really small, just big enough to fit all the parts you need. You might want to check them out.
A word of advice for Midtowers though, Get a modular power Supply, there isn't bound to be much room for the extra wiring that you'll never use.
