Default 1,000 Build

My cousin is looking to build a new desktop, as he uses a laptop i belive, his budget is 1,000

He needs everything, keyboard mouse monitor ect.

He will mainly use it for WoW.

Anyone got any decent builds, that will give him good fps, ect?
