Zalman flower cooler, will it be too big?

Hey,
I ordered a bunch of parts today. Had the sense this time to save up and get quality parts. Ordered an Antec PSU, some Arctic Silver compound, and a Zalman flower cooler. The problem is, I heard that these CPU coolers are sometimes too big? My case is just a standard Codegen ATX case, my mobo a VIA P4MA-266 mATX, and I was wondering what are the chances that the Zalman cooler will not have enough clearance?

Okay, I should've added. It's a CNPS7000B-ALCU Heatsink.CNPS7000B-ALCU Heatsink.

And I can take a picture of the inside of my case if needed.

It sholdn't be too big... I have a 7700 (the huge 120mm fan) and I have clearance at both the PSU and ram... you'll be fine...

these things have so much time spent in to them to make sure they can fit as much stuff as possible.. chances of it not fitting is very low unless you have a matx case.. which it then might be high
