Yeah, I was quite surprised when I looked it up too; wonder if they are beast overclockers like the 79xx.
Only about $50 difference between the lowest XFX 7870 and MSI 570 TF III.

If you want a well-rounded upgrade, I'd say:

$360 - ASUS 7870 or EVGA GTX580 (refurb)
$170 - 120GB OCZ Vertex 3
$70 - Cooler Master V6 GT

That is if you don't already have a CPU cooler and SSD.

ive been looking at ssd to buy for my new rig too OCZ vertex 3 comes highly recommend, some people says there are minor problems with it though
an alternative is the Crucial 128GB m4 roughly the same price

its much cheaper to buy a decent cooler and overclock your cpu to bring up overall performance
the 2500k has so much potential (that's if you haven't already got it OC)
