Default is this worth upgrading to?

http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=LC478K8&cat=FAN

My cpu fan is just a little noisy.

I don't got enough cash for a good water cooling unit.

I have an amd athlon 64 3500+ socket 939.

A watercooling kit for $40 is just asking for trouble. It's not worth it.

You're better off getting a Big Typhoon or a Zalman.

Yes, good water cooling systems cost much more. You do not want deal with leaking water inside your PC. You basically get what you paid for. Of Course no one stopping you to buy it, but I would think twice.
