Default is this worth it?

well right now i have a pentium 4 2.8ghz 400fsb and im thinking about selling it for $120AU and a celeron 2.8ghz 400fsb 128kb L2 cache chip.i need to sell the chip to get a new graphics card.
Right now i have a Radeon 9200SE 128MB.
my friend is going to buy my pentium 4 for $120 and give me his existing celeron which is the old northwood core. I'm wondering if i sell it and buy a 6800LE and replace the radeon 9200se, will it perform better? I'm talking about will it perform better in games, i am not too concerned with other stuff. Will the Celeron 2.8A and 6800LE handle games like BF2, Age of empires 3 and Doom 4 and also will they out perform my pentium 4? or am i better off with my radeon 9200se and pentium 4 2.8.??

Do some research on both of the cpus and then you should be able to do some judgement for yourself however the 6800LE should handle high in doom3 and mid. in bf4 (aoe3 i don't know never played it) but in the mean time do some research.
