is it worth upgrading my gfx card from a geforce 6600gt 128mb to a geforce 7600 gs 256mb and another gig of ram (for games)?

specs :

p4 2.4 ghz
6600 gt
1 gig of ram

Go for 7600GT if you can, then it's probably more worth it, along with the extra gig of ram.

then maybe you can try going fo the 7800 or 7900 if its in your budget. both 7800 and 7900 will blow the 7600gs away.

i have the 7600 gs by biostar pci e and it plays all my games at medium settings flawlessly i play alot of bf2142 and hl2deathmatch and sadly wow but i am impressed cause this card was only 120 usd
