Default will it work?

I dont care if its the best out there because i no its not. I just want to know that when i get everything connected and switch the power on if this will work:

1. Athlon 64 3200+ Venice Core
2. Leadtek 6600 TD TDH agp 4x/8x
3. Raidmax Storm ATX Gaming Case 420W ATX12V
4. Maxtor Diamondmax 200gig 7200 RPM
5. ASRock 939 Dual Channel agp4/8 and pcie
6. Geil 512+ram from other computers

Should, just make sure that that "other" RAM is compatible with your new board.
