Default Will this setup worked propelly?

I am try to build me a pc I already have the processor from a previews one, so i started looking for the motherboard and some ram memory I was on a tight budget after, at last I got to this setup and now I was wondering if it would work?

Yes it should all work properly.

Keep in mind you'll need a 64-Bit OS to access all 8GB of RAM, and if your previous OS was an OEM license, you'll have to buy a new one.

ok thank you I will do so from now on slaymate. So It will work properlly? I was asking because the processor has fsb of 1066 and the dimms that I am going to buy are 1333. there will be no performance issues may data loss?

you will have no problem with that set up, but the memory would be working at 1066 instead of the 1333, not a big deal and you can update your processor later if you want, even just OC it maybe, personally i wouldent care too much... good luck!
