Will my rig be okay for gaming?

I have a desktop with the following parts
AMD Phenom 9850 X4
Corsair 4GB DDR2 800MHz
Ultra 750 watt power supply
Radeon 4200
25 " monitor
Seagate 1 TB 5400 RPM HDD 32 MB cache

Im going to get a GTX 470 soon,
Which brand should i get?Also when i get my GTX,will games like TF2,and black ops run smoothly?

I would buy a good power supply before I upgraded anything else. Ultra is probably the most unreliable power supply manufacturer on the planet.

Oh,and i forgot,the PSU is a Ultra LSP 750 Pro,135 mm.

I wouldn't expect it to be any better than the X2 Extreme Edition 750w or the many other crappy power supplies they make.

Slaymate is right. Ultra PSUs look shiny, but they are almost always overrated.
That 750w will certainly not put out 750w of power without splodin' a few caps.

I had a 500w Ultra PSU back in the day, and it took my motherboard out with it. I ended up gutting it and replacing the guts with a knock-off 500w just because the shell had green LEDs and clear sides. Lol.

I'd recommend any Antec or Corsair PSU >500W.

With that you can pretty much run any GPU. I have a GTX 460. It's a power hog and it runs fine with my 550W Antec...
