Default Will my psu handle this?

P4 3.2 Ghz Northwood 512kb 478 Socket.
Asus P4P800-X
2x512mb PC2700 Ram.
1 x 200GB Seagate.
1 Pioneer DVD-Rewriter.
Asus Nvidia 6800.
1 x Dual Colt Cathode (Lights)
3 Casefans, 2 with light.

The powersupply is 350 Watt, the Ampere on +12v is 18a.

I would upgrade to at least a 500 watt. Just like ste.. I would have more power than ya need.. 350 watts might hold up for awhile.

like vamod said, it probably will hold up, but in my opinion i would be looking into getting a new psu. remember, the cheap power supplies with flashy lights and go faster stripes and with billion watt ratings, are ****!

The psu is from my computer that was pre-built.
I only change the motherboard and add 3 casefans and lights. I have 2 dvd-writers now, and a floppy disk reader, and a memory card reader in it, what if I get rid o 1 dvd writer and the floppy disk reader and the memory card reader. And replace it with the lights and casefans. Because now everthing is stable.
