Will my Motherboard and Processor work?

I'm looking to build a new computer, and I think I've found a good motherboard and processor, everything seems to match except for the FSB.
I'm looking at the MSI G41M-P28 LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

and the Intel Pentium E5700 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80571E5700

The mother board has a 1333/1066MHz FSB, but the Processor has 800MHz. Is this a problem?

Any Core 2 Duo will work in that motherboard. So yes, that CPU will work in that motherboard
