Default will this memory work

ive got an old p3 with 64mb its a dell optiplex gx1 and im going to get this memory module for it
will it work i think it will but the only concern is the memory speed?

im getting a 128 sdram will this be enough, im running windows 2000 and azureus or do you think i need an extra stick oh yeah plus my 64mb already in there

According to Dell's specs for that computer:
32-, 64-, and 128-MB non-ECC SDRAM ("PC100" 100 MHz);
32-, 64-, 128-, and 256-MB ECC SDRAM ("PC100" 100 MHz)
My guess is that it would work, but only at PC100 speed.

Hmmm... the RAM you linked to is 256MB non-ECC. Dunno about that.

i worked on a gx1 with windows 2000 and i needed at least 512(2x256) chips in it so i wouldnt throw it at a wall lol. and yeah that memroy will work for it.
