Hmm, thanks for the replies people, 2nd thinking about if i should just go with a regular LCD now lol, friends of mine also said they hated the widescreen, and it wasn't much better for them playing CS with it.

ya.. widescreen is a bit of a hastle... i dont really like it unless its big... nothing under 21 inches for me when it comes to widescreen

19 and 20 just seem to small.. but when playing on my friends 21 inch.. it was consuming.... i'm in hopes of saving for a 24 inch acer

Personally, the only reason i'd get widescreen is if it was a really good deal.

Well, I'm leaning towards just a regular LCD 19" w/ low ms. Been looking at this Acer 2ms one, what do you think? Pixel Pitch = dot pitch on a crt?

eVGA 7600GS, 6600GT or 7300GT?

I just bought this monitor

And i love it. Its 2MS so there is no ghosting, and overall its great. But its not widescreen.
