You can view what caused it, in event viewer under administrator tools.

well I don't think it is from over heating cause it dosn't even feel warm to the touch and the battery is at 100% but I will try with it pluged in see if that changes anything

figured it out it was the battery put the charger on it and everything is fine now

Ya I did get it off ebay but like I said I got it figured out its the battery everything is fine now I have even been able to play games on it now thanks for the replys though

the battery wasn't out I just think the battery is bad becasue when I have the laptop pluged in then its fine and will do anything music, video, games but when I have it running off the battery all it will do is music sometimes anything more than that and it will turn off
